When you visit a baseball training center to work on your hitting, there are a number of drills in which you can participate. A lot of hitters take advantage of training with a pitching machine or a live pitcher, but there's value in working with a tee, too. While a tee might be synonymous with children's T-ball, even major leaguers refine their hitting with the help of tees.
